It needs run Tomcat, MySQL, and JSP as a minimum, with good response times.

well i%26#039;m doing alot of web design lately, and I usually try to cut corners with hosting. I always go cheap. The cheapest I%26#039;ve seen is $4.95/mo that uses about anything ie. cgi, php, jsp, mysql, etc. with free domain name and free set up. I like this part, cause I like to know what I pay ahead of time. I%26#039;ve used these guys a bunch, and I would only say good things about them.
