Reply:Consider using GeoCities (geocities.yahoo.com). Almost no downtime, although FTP is no longer provided. FTP is use to transfer / upload files from your pc to their hosting. It can be used to download too. But their online editing tools is very good (especially for intermediate web creator). Make sure you didn%26#039;t uploaded mp3s or pirated software or your account will be banned.





Try also TIMENet (www.time.net.my). Offers you FTP but no online editing function.
